Crystal Stranaghan

Crystal Stranaghan is the author of a wide variety of books for readers of all ages including fiction and non-fiction for children and adults. She has worked as a publisher, editor, book designer, publishing consultant and creative writing mentor on more than fifty book projects.

After attending Simon Fraser University and receiving an undergraduate degree with a double major in English and Psychology, Crystal moved to Ireland and attended the National University of Ireland. There, she completed a Masters Degree in Health Psychology. Now she is the publisher of Gumboot Books (gumbootbooks.com) — a Vancouver publisher that specializes in books for children and youth — and the co-founder of the Self Publishing Network (selfpublishingnetwork.info).
